Responsibilities
1. Lead the visual design for crypto and gaming-related projects, including product interfaces, event pages, and brand assets.
2. Own the entire creative process from concept to delivery, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and visual identity.
3. Produce high-quality interfaces and visuals using design tools such as Figma and Photoshop.
4. Leverage mainstream AI design tools (e.g., Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway, ChatGPT, etc.) to enhance creativity and output.
5. Contribute to interaction and motion design to improve user experience; video editing and motion graphics skills are a plus.
6. Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to ensure the feasibility and quality of design implementation.
Requirements
1. 3+ years of visual design experience in internet, gaming, or related industries; experience with crypto or blockchain projects is preferred.
2. Proficient in Figma and Photoshop, with strong typography, color, and visual storytelling skills.
3. Skilled in using mainstream AI design tools and capable of applying them effectively to real projects.
4. Basic knowledge of motion design tools (e.g., After Effects, Lottie) and/or video editing skills is a strong advantage.
5. Strong aesthetic sense and creativity, with the ability to produce unique and trend-aware visuals.
6. Excellent communication, collaboration, and self-management skills.

• Experience in 3D modeling/rendering (Blender, C4D, etc.)
