As a Program Analyst, you will perform a variety of general administrative and analytical tasks in support of the day-to-day operations of the Projects Team. MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT The Program Analyst requires a strong blend of analytical skills, project coordination, and technical understanding to ensure programs meet technical and programmatic standards, align with organizational policies, and address customer requirements. Works closely with engineers, project managers, leadership, and government finance stakeholders to validate data, document assumptions, and deliver high-quality technical and programmatic assessments in support of program goals. Prepares clear documentation, including assumptions, methodologies, and risk considerations. Maintains records of estimates, tracks accuracy trends, and generates reports on performance metrics such progress against technical performance and execution (obligations and expenditures) metrics. Collaborates with program leadership, engineering teams, and government finance offices to ensure alignment across technical, cost, and schedule perspectives. Identifies opportunities for process improvement and contributes to the enhancement of estimating tools, templates, and knowledge repositories. Communicates findings, impacts, and recommendations in a clear and concise manner to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Applies knowledge of federal budgeting cycles, appropriations, and financial management regulations to ensure program compliance and accurate cost forecasting. WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED - REQUIRED: CLEARANCE: Active Secret clearance. EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree OR equivalent work experience may be substituted in lieu of degree. EXPERIENCE: 8+ years related technical experience.
