Robert Half is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join the team of a valued client. This role is ideal for an accomplished HR professional who thrives on providing strategic support, driving employee engagement, and aligning organizational objectives with people strategies.

Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals
Act as a trusted advisor to managers and team leaders, offering guidance on HR-related topics such as workforce planning, performance management, and employee relations
Partner with leadership to promote a positive organizational culture that fosters employee engagement, productivity, and retention
Lead and support initiatives around talent development, succession planning, and employee learning programs
Manage and oversee the full cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent
Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, regulations, and company policies
Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and proactively address talent challenges or opportunities
Handle complex employee relations issues with professionalism and discretion
Previous HR experience, including experience in a consulting or business-partner capacity
Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and organizational development principles
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization
Proficiency in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant software tools
