This role is essential in ensuring our property remains well-presented, safe, and welcoming for both guests and staff. Key Responsibilities Include: Carry out general repairs and maintenance across guest rooms, public areas, and facilities Oversee and support external contractors when required Implement and maintain the property’s preventative maintenance program Keep accurate records of daily tasks, maintenance requests, and service schedules Shift Details (subject to change): 16hrs per week (subject to change) Monday to Sunday 6:00am - 10:00pm Afterhours callouts may be required on an ad hoc basis Hourly Rates (excluding superannuation): Monday - Friday: $26.70 per hour Saturday: $33.38 per hour Sunday: $40.05 per hour Qualifications Successful applicants will have: Previous hands-on experience in building or property maintenance (12 months preferred, not essential) Previous painting and pool maintenance experience will be preferred.
