You’ll be working mostly indoors with a small, friendly team that takes pride in their work. You’ll play a crucial part in ensuring the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of our guests through efficient maintenance of our building and facilities. Your key responsibilities will include: Complete routine and preventative maintenance in guest rooms and public spaces Troubleshoot and repair a variety of facility-related issues including air-conditioning, plumbing, fittings, and general wear and tear Respond promptly to restore out-of-service rooms and support the smooth running of essential building services Assist in system checks and minor servicing of plant and equipment Work collaboratively with the engineering team and liaise with external specialists when needed We're looking for someone who is confident working with a range of tools and systems, with a strong problem-solving mindset and a focus on quality workmanship.
