Job Description About the Role We’re looking for a hands-on Handyperson to join the Engineering team at Pullman Cairns International. This role suits someone with a trade or solid maintenance background who enjoys fixing things properly and working as part of a capable, experienced team. If you’re coming from site-based or reactive maintenance work and want something more stable, organised and mostly indoors, this role offers a great change without losing the hands-on aspect of the job. You’ll be working in a well-maintained, air-conditioned 5-star hotel with clear systems, realistic workloads and a team that supports each other. The Engineering Team & Environment Our Engineering team is experienced, practical and proactive. Jobs are planned, parts and materials are readily available, and you’re supported by supervisors and trades who know the building inside and out. The team takes pride in their work, with care and attention to detail. You’ll work across guest rooms and public areas, maintaining presentation, reliability and workmanship in line with 5-star expectations.
