About the role Design and develop comprehensive test scenarios and test cases in consultation with business stakeholders and IT / project teams, to ensure complete and accurate reflection of system changes in the general ledger, in a manner that aligns with Allianz Australia standards, practices, and methodologies. Assess impacts of new / changes to systems on Finance processes, Identify, design, and implement process optimisation opportunities to enhance efficiency, effectiveness and/or controllership. Review the end-to-end data and process flow, identify inefficiencies, understand the impact of end-to-end changes on the General Ledger (GL) and present the results of the analyse and recommended solutions to Product Owner and relevant stakeholders. Prepare and execute UAT Test Plans, test estimates, test completion reports and ensure proper and accurate documentation of UAT artefacts. Proactively provide regular UAT progress statistics and reports to senior stakeholders. About you Professional accounting qualification (CA / CPA). Significant (5 Years) testing experience and clear understanding of insurance general ledger. Experience in process design and implementation and in planning and writing test documents. Strong knowledge of the project lifecycle and the SDLC Deliverables and how they relate to Agile delivery methodologies. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with audience at all levels with clarity, impact, and influence. Pays high attention to detail by completing tasks with thoroughness and accuracy and can quickly identify errors or inconsistencies within information.
