Managing large projects that concern amendments to operational policy; and operationalisation of overarching policy frameworks. Developing and implementing changes to the HOMES system to enable effective policy implementation. Developing operational tools and resources for frontline staff. Developing and delivering training to frontline staff. Working with stakeholders inside and outside of the organisation. Being flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
