Job Description Lead and drive the Sales function to maximise market position, revenue and business growth across Corporate, Groups, Events and key hotel segments. Proactively develop new business through a structured sales plan, including outreach targets, client meetings, pipeline management and conversion of high-value opportunities. Work closely with Revenue Management to optimise yield, manage business mix, analyse market trends and implement strategies that protect and grow market share. Protect and elevate the hotel’s brand presence by executing strategic marketing initiatives, digital campaigns, and e-commerce activities that drive measurable revenue. Develop compelling marketing content, story angles and media relationships in partnership with the Corporate PR Team to maximise the hotel’s profile across key channels. Deliver targeted marketing programs for Rooms, F&B, Conference & Events, ensuring campaigns are aligned to business objectives and measured on ROI.
