Enhancing content accessibility and innovation: Supporting initiatives to improve how content is accessed, including AI-enabled tools for RFPs and due diligence processes. Managing tools and platforms: Overseeing key platforms including CRM and collaboration tools, ensuring they are efficient, user-friendly and fit for purpose.
