YOUR ROLE WILL INCLUDE:

• Qualifying prospects over the phone using leads provided by our clients or our internal database
• Executing outbound calls to prospects with the goal to set up meetings for our clients (no selling involved)
• Keeping our contact databases up-to-date
• Emailing prospects to follow up on calls and sending marketing materials if appropriate
• Participating in team meetings, client briefings and campaign review sessions
• Engaging in our learning and development program to support your success at work
  Working hours will fall between 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday only.

TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE, YOU SHOULD HAVE:

• Fluent professional business English, both spoken and written
• Confidence in making outbound calls to business professionals
• A strong willingness to learn and work as part of a team
• An interest in the IT/software industry (advantageous but not essential)
