Actual offered salary will depend on the successful candidate’s qualifications and experience, as well as market conditions for the role, and internal equity. Proven success recruiting for sales or other revenue-driving roles. Strong market mapping, passive sourcing, and talent engagement skills. Experience creating and executing candidate engagement campaigns. Excellent communication, sales, and stakeholder management abilities. Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Proficiency with sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter), CRM systems, and ATS tools - bonus if you’ve worked with AI-powered recruiting tools. Familiarity with employer branding strategies as they relate to sourcing. Once here, you'll: Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to engage passive sales talent for key roles Build and manage long-term talent pipelines aligned to strategic hiring needs. Partner with hiring managers and TA team to align on candidate profiles and sourcing priorities. Deliver a high-touch candidate and hiring manager experience through proactive engagement and communication. Provide market insights and data-driven recommendations to inform hiring decisions. Support employment branding initiatives in partnership with Marketing and TA colleagues. Tailor messaging to different candidate personas, showcasing why Westland is an employer of choice.
