Description du poste Nous recherchons un opérateur de grue qui aime le travail terrain et qui ne souhaite pas être limité à une seule machine. Dans ce rôle, vous serez au cœur des opérations de cour de notre équipe de Bellechasse et vous participerez activement à l’ensemble du flux de matériaux. Vous opérerez la grue, mais aussi d’autres équipements lourds selon les besoins de la journée (loader, chariot élévateur, etc.). Ce poste est très polyvalent, actif et physiquement exigeant. Le travail inclut également du tri manuel des métaux et du travail physique à l’extérieur, en plus de l’opération d’équipements. Une grande partie des tâches se fait sur le terrain, en mouvement, en collaboration avec l’équipe. Ce dont vous serez responsable : Opérer la grue et participer aux activités générales de la cour; Trier et identifier les métaux (tests, aimants, etc.) et évaluer les matériaux non vendables; Recevoir, décharger et acheminer les métaux vers les zones appropriées; Vérifier la qualité des matériaux reçus et manipulés; Transporter et organiser les bennes de matériaux non ferreux sur le site; Utiliser différents équipements (grue, loader, chariot élévateur selon les besoins); Charger les produits ferreux destinés aux clients; Effectuer des tâches manuelles liées aux opérations quotidiennes (tri, manipulation et organisation des matériaux).
