Description du poste Se rapportant au Directeur commercial, le Représentant des Ventes Senior travaillera en collaboration avec l’équipe de gestionnaires de comptes et sera responsable de l'achat des produits de ferraille (auprès des concessionnaires/inter-entreprises). Il sera également tenu de développer et de maintenir des relations commerciales exceptionnelles avec les clients nouveaux et actuels. Ce poste requiert une personne dynamique et ayant de l'initiative, capable de travailler en étroite collaboration avec l'ensemble du personnel et des départements de l'entreprise, ainsi qu'avec les clients et les fournisseurs. Ce dont vous êtes responsable : Acheter de la ferraille afin que les objectifs de tonnage soient atteints ou dépassés tout en optimisant les marges bénéficiaires; Rendre visite aux concessionnaires et aux fournisseurs industriels, au téléphone ou en personne, pour promouvoir les affaires nouvelles et répétées, proposer des prix, fournir un service à la clientèle, répondre aux questions, traiter les plaintes et établir des relations; Développer des réseaux de contacts fiables qui permettront des informations à jour concernant les prix d'achat/vente et les tendances des marchés locaux et régionaux; Négocier des nouveaux contrats avec les clients; Utiliser la connaissance des opérations de triage et du traitement pour prendre des décisions afin d’optimiser la tarification; Coordonner avec le personnel administratif et l'équipe commerciale pour assurer une documentation précise et opportune de toutes les transactions d'achat; Faire du coaching auprès de l’équipe; Effectuer toutes autres tâches connexes.
