Handle transactions using the Point of Sale (POS) system, including shipping transactions and marketing tools to convert customers. Calmly de-escalate and assist in complex customer situations to ensure their concerns are addressed effectively or refer to a manager/supervisor. Maintain a clean and safe store environment by performing tasks like dusting, front-facing products, and ensuring demo units are clean and functional.
