WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Sales / Delivery / Merchandiser, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our customers while supporting the growth of our business throughout the Lower Mainland. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Safely operate company vehicles while delivering products to customer locations. * Merchandise products at customer accounts to maximize visibility and sales. * Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular interaction and exceptional service. * Identify customer needs and make recommendations to improve product selection and sales opportunities. * Promote Freybe products and strengthen brand loyalty within assigned accounts. * Present and sell products while following company pricing and sales strategies. * Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. * Conduct store audits and inventory transfers between warehouse locations as required. * Assist with vehicle maintenance coordination and service scheduling. * Represent Freybe Gourmet Foods in a professional, friendly, and positive manner at all times. * Load, unload, and move products safely and efficiently.
