Manage and optimize marketing technology platforms, including marketing automation, webinar, CRM, and related operational tools. Build dashboards, attribution models, and performance reports that translate marketing activities into measurable business outcomes. Own lead management processes, including lead capture, lifecycle management, scoring models, segmentation, routing rules, and sales handoffs. Establish and maintain data governance practices to improve data quality, consistency, and operational reliability. Identify operational gaps and create scalable processes, templates, and workflows that enable marketing teams to work more efficiently. Manage project priorities, communicate progress and recommendations, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Leverage AI tools and automation solutions to reduce repetitive work, increase productivity, and improve marketing execution. Requirements: The ideal candidate is a hands-on marketing operations professional with strong experience managing technology ecosystems, analyzing data, and improving processes. You should be comfortable working across marketing, sales, and technical teams while bringing a practical, innovation-focused approach to automation and AI adoption. 4–6+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing technology, or a related field. Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot. Working knowledge of CRM platforms, with experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 considered an asset. Experience building and managing integrations between marketing and sales systems. Strong understanding of data flows, system architecture, and troubleshooting within marketing technology environments. Ability to create and maintain dashboards, reports, attribution models, and performance analytics. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide recommendations to leadership. Experience supporting B2B go-to-market strategies, ideally across enterprise and self-service business models.
