World Host Group (WHG) is currently looking for a curious and passionate university student to join our Digital Marketing department. Working on a part-time basis (10-20 hours per week), this position will help support our digital marketing initiatives that focus on affiliate partners in the web hosting industry.
With the opportunity to collaborate within a global organization, assist in the development and management of full-cycle sales and marketing initiatives, and support a passionate and knowledgeable marketing and affiliate team, this working student will gain valuable hands-on experience and set themselves up for a phenomenal career upon graduation.

About the position:

• Currently only open to current students in Berlin, Germany and/or Sofia, Bulgaria
• Position is part-time (10-20 hours per week) and fully remote
• While there is flexibility with scheduling, the majority of hours required will be during EMEA business hours
• Position will report directly to WHG’s Head of Digital Marketing, offering mentorship and learning opportunities

What you’ll do:

• Support in partner acquisition: identify and approach potential affiliate partners to expand the partner network
• Support in relationship management: build and maintain relationships with existing affiliates to promote their commitment and performance
• Performance analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of affiliates to recognize trends and identify optimization potential
• Support in strategy development: develop and manage strategies to increase affiliate sales and improve program impact
• Reporting: collect, analyze, and report on data and KPIs regarding affiliate program performance

Experience and Skills you have

• Currently enrolled and studying communication sciences, marketing, business administration, economics, business informatics, or a comparable field of study
• Expert ability to read, write, and speak effectively in English through ALL utilized channels (email, live chat, and phone)
• Comfort and experience with MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications
• Experience in utilizing Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Reddit applications to connect with target audiences
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work in a team environment to meet goals
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills; the ability to utilize data to track progress of key metrics
• A strong work ethic and eagerness to learn: you are intrinsically motivated, organized, and reliable
