Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a Rewards Analyst - Sales Compensation to join the Rewards team for John Crane. The Rewards Analyst - Sales Compensation is responsible for managing all aspects of the Sales Incentive Plan, from calculating and processing payments to ensuring clear communication with sales teams. They work closely with managers, HR, and payroll to make sure incentives are accurate and on time. The role also involves updating annual plans, tracking targets, building reports in Excel, and supporting broader HR programs. Strong attention to detail and good collaboration skills are key to success in this role.
This role is based is to be ideally based from Slough working Monday to Friday normal office hours however open to be based from any of our Europe sites. (hybrid working)
