About the role

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns to achieve company objectives
• Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competitor analysis, and opportunities for growth
• Utilise digital marketing techniques such as SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media to drive website traffic and conversions
• Create creative and engaging content across various channels to increase brand awareness and engagement
• Collaborate with in-house designers and web developers to produce high-quality visuals and improve user experience on the website
• Monitor and analyze marketing data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions
• Manage and track marketing budget and ROI, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and initiatives and ensure consistency in brand messaging
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices and implement them into our marketing strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in e-commerce or similar industry
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns and strategies
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing techniques, tools, and analytics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders
• Creative and innovative mindset with a keen eye for detail
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• Experience managing a budget and tracking return on investment
