• To be qualified/studying towards CIPD membership
• Experience in end-to-end recruitment processes, including attraction, assessing and selection.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Relationship management, consulting and advisory skills.
• Organisational skills to handle multiple roles and priorities effectively
