Launch your marketing career with our exciting Multichannel Market Apprenticeship! We are looking for a creative and digitally savvy individual to join our excellent marketing team, where you’ll contribute to campaigns across both digital and offline platforms. During your apprenticeship you will study a level 3 qualification in Multi Channel Marketing, with support from our marketing function throughout.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the Marketing Excellence team with the development and execution of multichannel marketing campaigns, across a variety of platforms both offline and digital.
• Contributing to creative content development: Across video, images, and other formats, for online and offline campaigns.
• Working with Creative Copywriting lead to develop compelling messaging that will resonate with target audiences across different platforms, ensuring they are on brand and aligned to marketing objectives.
• Content review and approval across all channels, ensuring accuracy consistency and brand alignment.
• Working with the eMail and social lead to create and post content across Arco Social Media platforms.
• Undertaking analysis of campaigns to ensure results captured and any required improvements or learnings are shared and taken into future marketing activities.
• Working with Marketing Research and Insights manager to identify trends and competitor intelligence to improve marketing ideas.
• Ensuring a consistent customer and brand experience across all tactics and channels through store visits, digital performance reviews and collaboration with key stakeholders to improve approach.
• Supporting the retail channel with provision and maintenance of point-of-sale materials for new marketing activity, product introductions and BAU.

About You

The ideal Multichannel Marketing Apprentice will be/have:

• Must have passion for marketing and creating great content.
• Digitally savvy with an interest in social media.
• Technical skills: Good IT skills with an understanding of Microsoft Office/Google packages and social media platforms.
• Ability to drive content creation both independently and with team support.
• Have fresh ideas and creative thinking with an ability to bring them to life.
• Attention to detail and ability to focus on set goals.
• Able to work in a team and on your own.
• Proven ability to manage time effectively, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.

• Dedicated to delivering high-quality work and continuously improving personal and professional skills.SEO skills would be an advantage.
