About the Role: This is a new, dedicated position created to oversee all marketing efforts for our Latvian business lines: B2C, B2B, and B2B2C. We are looking for a strategic leader with a hands-on approach who can both develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy. You will lead a small local team and work closely with group marketing to drive business growth and brand awareness in the Latvian market. Your Main Responsibilities: Build and execute Inbank Latvia's marketing strategy, based on business goals and customer needs. Drive brand awareness, campaign effectiveness, and customer acquisition across digital and traditional channels. Plan and manage marketing activities and budget, setting clear priorities and measurable KPIs. Own marketing performance – track campaigns, analyze data, optimize SEO and continuously improve results. Be hands-on in execution – plan and coordinate tasks, engage freelancers and agencies when needed, but also step in directly to deliver fast results. Collaborate effectively with Inbank group marketing teams to align activities and leverage group-wide expertise. What We Expect from You: 3 to 5 years of proven marketing background, including leadership or team coordination. Strong expertise in digital marketing, analytics, and performance management, with a focus on using data to drive decisions and demonstrate ROI. A results-driven mindset – able to balance strategic thinking with practical execution. Ability to manage budgets and external partners when needed (freelancers, agencies). Being comfortable working in a dynamic environment where a broad, hands-on approach is required Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively. Excellent command of Latvian and English. Experience in fintech, financial services, or technology is preferred, but a strong commercial mindset is most important.
