JOB PURPOSE:  The Lead Service and Sales Technician plays a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through expert installation, repair, and preparation of products for delivery. As a subject matter expert (SME), this individual will handle complex technical inquiries and contribute to key initiatives aimed at enhancing service and repair operations. This role also supports sales efforts, including quoting and estimating, with a focus on identifying in-field upsell and cross-sell opportunities. A strong commitment to customer satisfaction and technical excellence is essential.   The pay range for this position is $24.40-$31.72. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
