  • What You’ll DoFuel Pipeline Growth: Optimise organic search and activate top-performing lead magnets (e.g., IT Salary Guide) to feed sales-ready inbound leads to BD.
  • Launch Targeted ABM: Deploy multi-touch ABM campaigns for high-value enterprise accounts, equipping sales with precision assets to accelerate deal cycles.
  • Deliver Commercial Revenue: Measure and optimise campaigns strictly against commercial metrics: lead volume, conversion rates, and closed-won revenue.


  • What We’re Looking ForProven Growth Marketer: Background in B2B demand gen/growth marketing, scaling pipelines, and executing targeted ABM in relationship-led sectors.
