Description The Regional Sales Manager is a field sales position responsible for the development of the hair extensions business in an assigned territory. You will be the company’s first outside point of contact with Salon Professionals and Stylists. As an expert in hair extensions, you will be an asset to the Salon Professional in regard to products, color selection, and installation technique. With aggressive sales targets, including new business development and growth of existing accounts, you will be a champion of the company’s initiatives to engage, educate, and build a robust professional extensions business for the Stylists and Salons in your market. The Regional Sales Manager position reports to a Director of Sales. Our ideal candidate for this role is located in the Orlando/Tampa area Day travel all over Florida and will be required approximately 75% of the time.
