En CRH Talento en IT, estamos en búsqueda de Salesforce DevOps and Copado Engineer para laborar de forma Híbrida Descripción del puesto: La persona seleccionada será clave en el diseño, implementación y mantenimiento de pipelines CI/CD seguros y escalables, utilizando Copado como herramienta principal, dentro de un proyecto global del sector automotriz. Responsabilidades: Diseñar, implementar y mantener pipelines CI/CD para aplicaciones Salesforce usando Copado. Configurar y optimizar entornos de Copado para mejorar la eficiencia de desarrollo y despliegue. Automatizar procesos de testing, análisis de código y control de calidad. Promover el uso de Salesforce DX y CLI para un desarrollo basado en código fuente. Resolver incidencias técnicas complejas en el proceso de integración y despliegue. Integrar pruebas automatizadas dentro del pipeline CI/CD. Brindar mentoría y apoyo técnico al equipo en prácticas DevOps y uso de Copado. Colaborar con equipos de desarrollo, operaciones y producto para garantizar entregas seguras y de alta calidad. Documentar configuraciones, procesos y estrategias de despliegue. Requisitos: +7 años de experiencia en desarrollo o ingeniería DevOps. +3 años de experiencia en Salesforce, con dominio de Copado y CI/CD. Conocimientos sólidos en Apex, LWC, SOQL, Visualforce. Experiencia con Salesforce DX, Salesforce CLI y Git (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket). Familiaridad con QA automatizado y análisis estático de código (SonarQube, PMD, Checkmarx). Comprensión profunda de principios DevOps, metodologías ágiles y control de versiones. Inglés intermedio-avanzado (B2+). Deseable: Certificaciones Copado (Administrator o Consultant). Certificaciones Salesforce (Platform Developer I/II, Administrator, Advanced Administrator). Experiencia con AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker o Kubernetes. Conocimientos de Python o Bash para automatización.Certificaciones en DevOps o Cloud Security.
Responsibilities
The selected individual will be key in designing, implementing, and maintaining secure and scalable CI/CD pipelines using Copado within a global automotive project. They will also provide technical mentorship and support to the team in DevOps practices and the use of Copado.
