FurnitureFinders is a digital technology platform that operates as a two-sided marketplace connecting used and refurbished office furniture sellers with eco-conscious consumers. It also operates the Exchange, which is the primary membership club for key players in the used and refurbished office furniture industry to buy and sell amongst themselves and share market intelligence.
We are seeking an energetic, creative, and results-oriented person to join our marketing team and help us reach our aggressive revenue targets. This is a great position for someone who wants a position where ideas make a difference and there is great potential for growth.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Responsibilities

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Execute Multi-Channel Marketing Campaigns
o Plan, create, and manage integrated marketing campaigns across email, social media, paid ads, and partner channels to drive both seller engagement and buyer leads.
o Analyze performance metrics with focus on lead generation.
· Manage and Grow Social Media Presence
o Develop and execute a content calendar for platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Pinterest to engage audiences, promote inventory, and build brand awareness.
o Respond to inquiries and monitor brand engagement.
· Engage in PR Activities
o Submit press releases and partner with key news outlets to get FurnitureFinders message featured in key publications.
· Design and Maintain Digital Marketing Assets
o Create visually compelling digital assets including web banners, social posts, email graphics, and sales collateral using tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or Figma. Ensure all visuals align with brand standards.
· Contribute to Strategy and Creative Ideation
o Bring fresh, creative ideas to help position FurnitureFinders as the go-to platform for used office furniture.
o Collaborate with leadership to identify growth opportunities and test new marketing strategies with a data-driven, results-oriented mindset.
· Support Customer Experience and Communication
o Collaborate with the Customer Success team to ensure consistent messaging and timely communication with users on both sides of the marketplace.
o Assist in creating email templates, onboarding materials, and marketing touchpoints.
