Description The Sales Assistant at Hennessy Lexus of Gwinnett will provide support to the sales team and to help improve efficiency as sales volume increases. Ensures an excellent customer experience while visiting our dealership lounge during service and/or vehicle purchases Tracks and monitors sales deals Master product knowledge on all vehicles and troubleshoot vehicle technology features Present vehicle technology products in an effective manner to ensure customer understanding Follow up on delivered vehicles within a specified amount of time to ensure customer satisfaction and understanding of featured technology Assists with managing the loaner fleet Manages and orders all office supplies for the dealership Provides back-up coverage for other positions Ensure that all manufacture required training is completed by each sales associate and sales manager every quarter Assist with End of Month responsibilities to make sure all deals are accounted Provides inventory support as needed All other duties assigned Requirements Prior experience in the automotive industry is strongly preferred Exceptional communication skills High level of detail orientation and accuracy Excellent ability to learn, understand, and interpret new technologies Ability to build rapport with customers and coworkers with a friendly but professional demeanor Ability to Manage, lead and provide support to team members Possess valid GA Driver's license We are an equal opportunity employer & drug-free workplace.
