KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide personalised styling advice and product recommendations based on customer preferences.
• Create and maintain attractive visual displays that reflect the LUCA FALONI brand aesthetic.
• Engage with customers to build strong relationships and provide an exceptional shopping experience.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
• Assist in inventory management, including restocking and maintaining product presentation.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and brand information to address customer inquiries.
• Contribute to achieving sales targets and store goals.
