JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are currently hiring a motivated and experienced Assistant Sales Manager to support our hotel’s sales operations in Sharjah. The ideal candidate must have prior sales experience in Sharjah’s hotel industry, with a solid understanding of the local market and client base.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2–4 years of hotel sales experience in Sharjah is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of the Sharjah market including corporate, travel trade, and government sectors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• UAE driving license is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.

• Support the Sales Manager in achieving room and revenue targets.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and actively seek new business opportunities.
• Conduct regular market visits, client meetings, and site inspections.
• Handle inquiries, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts with clients.
• Assist in planning and executing promotional activities and sales campaigns.
• Track market trends and competitor performance to help refine sales strategies.
• Prepare sales reports and maintain client records using the hotel’s CRM system.
• Represent the hotel at relevant trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
