Key Responsibilities The Sales Manager supports sales initiatives for the downtown Burlington property by coordinating communication between departments and helping execute strategies to ensure group stays and meetings run seamlessly. This role requires initiative, strong relationship-building skills with corporate clients and partners, and close collaboration with hotel leadership to align sales goals with operational success. Primary Duties Include * Coordinating sales groups and BEOs in PEP * Creating reservations for LNR/CNR accounts * Working with the Director of Sales to set up amenities for groups * Interfacing with groups on‑property to ensure a smooth experience * Assisting with meeting room setup and take down * Helping coordinate BEO details with Food & Beverage * Processing and tracking group payments * Collaborating with hotel departments to ensure group stays and meetings run seamlessly Preferred Skills & Experience * Strong attention to detail * Experience with PEP * Proficiency in OnQ R&I * Schedule flexibility, including availability to work Tuesday through Saturday.
