Sales Assistant (Remote) – CRM, Scheduling & Sales Operations Support Position Type: Full-Time, Remote Working Hours: U.S. Business Hours (Aligned with Sales Team Schedules) About the Role We’re hiring a Sales Assistant to support a fast-moving sales team by managing CRM updates, scheduling meetings, coordinating follow-ups, preparing proposals, and keeping sales operations organized. This is a detail-oriented, execution-focused role where your work directly supports pipeline movement and sales performance. You won’t be responsible for selling — but you’ll play a critical role in helping the sales team close deals efficiently.
