We’re looking for a motivated individual with a good understanding of cars who wants to join our growing team.

PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING:

This is a very niche, full-time role that requires significant training. We are looking for someone who is committed to staying with the company long-term (ideally a few years) and building their knowledge with us. While full training on turbochargers will be provided, you must already have good knowledge and experience with cars. Please do not apply if you have no background or interest in cars, as this position requires an understanding of vehicles, engines, and ideally car makes and models.

ROLE OVERVIEW:

You will be working in our office, assisting customers over the phone to help match the correct turbocharger for their vehicle. Alongside customer support, you will also assist with packaging orders and unpacking deliveries. Full training on turbochargers will be provided.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer calls and provide advice on the correct turbocharger for their vehicle
• Offer friendly and professional customer service
• Assist with packaging and dispatching orders
• Unpack and organise deliveries
• Support the team with general office duties
