This role focuses on building a strong pipeline, converting high-value prospects, and supporting onboarded strategic accounts by uncovering and developing additional growth opportunities. Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no supervisory responsibilities Duties/ Responsibilities: • Proactively source and develop new business opportunities through research, social media outreach, cold outreach, trade shows, networking, and industry events. • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of high-quality prospects aligned with Hub’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). • Lead discovery and sales conversations with top decision makers and multi-stakeholder buying groups. • Develop and execute strategic territory and prospecting plans to achieve new-business targets. • Monitor market conditions, trends, and customer drivers to position Hub Labels competitively when targeting new accounts. • Use Hub’s CRM to track outreach, pipeline progress, forecasting, and performance metrics. • Provide executive management with prospecting strategies, pipeline reports, and monthly progress updates. • Support existing strategic accounts by identifying and pursuing growth opportunities, while collaborating closely with Customer Service, which manages day-to-day account activity. • Participate in all HOP programs and events. • Adhere to Hub Labels safety rules and regulations, including wearing required PPE such as steel-toed shoes when applicable. • Perform any other duties that support the mission and values of Hub Labels Hub Labels offers general benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k with Company Match, Life and Disability.
