You’ll play a key role in helping new residents find their ideal home and begin their next chapter within these thriving villages. What You’ll Do Take ownership of the full resale journey – from initial enquiry through to completion. Provide exceptional, personal customer care to prospective residents and their families, guiding them every step of the way. Convert enquiries into viewings, offers, and completions, consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets. Present the lifestyle, amenities, and benefits of living within Charters Village and Gradwell Park with confidence and enthusiasm. Build trusted relationships with homeowners, residents, and colleagues to ensure smooth transactions and positive experiences. Maintain accurate CRM records and follow processes to ensure compliance and consistency. Liaise closely with Village Managers and the wider operations team to deliver seamless handovers and move-ins.
