Full job description

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a valid UAE driving license. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, sourcing materials based on client requirements, and maintaining accurate sales and accounting records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new clients to generate business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Understand client requirements and source suitable materials/products accordingly.
  • Prepare quotations and follow up with clients to close sales.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely material availability.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, purchases, and client information.
  • Update and organize all accounting-related documents and transaction details in Microsoft Excel for easy tracking and accounting purposes.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Work closely with the accounts and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing and documentation.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience (experience in trading/building materials or a related industry is an advantage).
  • Valid UAE driving license.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • Ability to source materials based on customer requirements.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Good knowledge of the UAE market is preferred.
