THE OPPORTUNITY

We are currently recruiting for a Sales Manager to join the Swansway Family.
You will be responsible for ensuring the dealership achieves its targets. You will do this by working closely with a team of Sales Executives to get deals over the line. You’ll play an active role in finance, insurance, part exchange valuations, buying and stock display. As Sales Manager your responsibility is to ensure our customer’s sales needs are met by ensuring customer service standards remain market leading and that your team is promoting correct services and products to our customers.
Hands on, when required you may need to sell to customers or second face customers to close sale deals.
