We are in search of a young graduate lawyer with a keen interest in corporate law to join our legal team as a Corporate Associate Lawyer. The ideal candidate will provide legal support on corporate transactions, regulatory compliance, contract drafting, and governance matters. • Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on various matters.
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda, briefs, and case summaries.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, arbitration, and mediation.
• Assist in litigation matters, including drafting pleadings, motions, and appeals.
• Prepare legal opinions and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Handle corporate legal matters, including mergers, acquisitions, and regulatory filings.
• Advise clients on labor law, intellectual property, real estate, and commercial transactions.
• Attend client meetings and provide strategic legal guidance.
• Liaise with government agencies, regulatory bodies, and opposing counsel.
• Keep up to date with legal developments and industry regulations.
• Manage case files and maintain accurate legal documentation.
• Collaborate with senior lawyers and partners on complex legal matters.
• Support business development by identifying potential clients and opportunities.
