Job Description What you’re responsible for: Enter purchase contracts into the system accurately and efficiently; Verify all entered orders for consistency and accuracy; Identify and correct data entry errors promptly; Coordinate daily administrative and clerical tasks for the department; Process and price shipping tickets for Montreal and Laval; Update market prices for incoming orders; Print purchase reports by trader; Maintain well-organized, up-to-date records of all processed orders; Perform other related administrative tasks as required. Qualifications To join our team: You have an A.E.C. or D.E.C. in office automation, administration, or another relevant field; You have at least 2 years of relevant experience in administrative support or data entry ; You are bilingual in French and English (a must); You are autonomous, proactive and have a good learning capacity; You have an excellent command of the Microsoft Office (intermediate Excel level); You are highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
