You will work across SAP, Salesforce, and vendor platforms to ensure subscription, licensing, and warranty processes are executed correctly and efficiently. This is not a passive data entry role—this is an execution-critical operations function where system accuracy directly impacts revenue, renewals, and customer continuity.   What you will do You will be a key part of the operational backbone supporting subscription, licensing, and warranty fulfillment across the business. Key responsibilities include: * Execute end-to-end subscription, licensing, warranty, and order management transactions across SAP and Salesforce. * Own transactional integrity across ERP and CRM systems (order accuracy, status updates, renewals tracking) * Process and manage purchase orders, vendor orders, and licensing requests (including Trimble workflows) * Issue, reconcile, and maintain licenses, warranties, and subscriptions through operational systems * Manage high-volume operational queues, customer requests, renewal workflows, and fulfillment activities. * Coordinate cross-system data flow between SAP, Salesforce, and vendor platforms * Support Sales, and Operations teams with fulfillment-related escalations and system resolution. * Identify process breakdowns between systems and contribute to continuous workflow improvements This role requires comfort working in structured systems where accuracy, timing, and traceability matter.
