JOB DESCRIPTION

With over 15 years of experience in Home Energy Efficiency products and services we have become a leading expert in the industry, and is looking for inside sales reps that want to pursue an exiting career in the energy efficiency space. This position provides optimal lead generation making sales smooth and straight to the point.

REQUIREMENTS

· Fluent in English (written and spoken).
· A Minimum of 3 years sales experience (Phone sales experience preferred).
· Great verbal communications skills.
. Ability to perform professionally.
· Effective basic computer skills.
· Must be able to work full time.
· Excellent phone communicator.
. Experience with video platforms (Zoom, Google Meets, etc)
· Self motivated.
· Highly organized.

COMPENSATION:

• $19/hour or whatever is higher compared to commission
• Commission
• $5 Cost per lead (120-150 leads per month)
