IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL:

The Adoption & Consumption Program Office within Global Customer Engagement & Services (GCES) is looking for an Intern (f/m/d) with a passion for helping our customers adopt and consume our cloud solutions to join us.
The individual will be responsible for driving the GCES-led adoption and consumption programs. This individual will collaborate across the CSD organization and with other board areas to coordinate the execution of action plans resulting from RISE adoption review calls.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the relevant team in Strategy and Operations (S&O) to manage the planning, execution, and follow-up actions of RISE adoption plan/review calls.
• Support with adoption process improvement initiatives and their respective roadmaps to continuously improve the RISE adoption review cadence in close collaboration with S&O.
• Develop and maintain regular reports for the executive team. Simplify complex data into clear, concise, and visually engaging formats.
• Monitor adoption and consumption of cloud services for target customers.
• Help Identify adoption and consumption gaps in usage to help the business identify areas for improvement.
• Assist in various strategic projects and collaborate with different departments to gather necessary information and data.
