What You’ll Do Technology Operations & Team Leadership Oversee day-to-day IT operations and provide leadership to the IT support team. Prioritize and manage team workload, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues. Establish and maintain IT policies, standards, and procedures. Partner with stakeholders to identify technology improvements that enhance business efficiency. Vendor & Infrastructure Management Manage relationships with technology vendors, MSPs, and software providers. Oversee vendor contracts, renewals, and service-level agreements. Coordinate system upgrades, rollouts, and integrations to minimize downtime. Ensure infrastructure and systems operate securely and efficiently. Cybersecurity & Compliance Lead the firm’s cybersecurity initiatives and incident response protocols. Identify and mitigate security risks across all systems and endpoints. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and industry best practices. Develop cybersecurity awareness programs and training for employees. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred). 10+ years of IT experience, including 3+ years in a leadership or management role. Proven success managing vendors and external service providers. Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and best practices.
