We are looking for a Test Engineer with expertise in Test Automation Frameworks and tools like Selenium, Tosca, Appium, Cucumber, and SpecFlow. The Test Engineer should be familiar with practices such as Test-Driven Development (TDD) and acceptance testing. A deep understanding of emerging technologies like Artificial Intelligence (AI) is preferred, alongside the ability to stay updated on advancements in the testing field.
Senior/ Medior Test Engineers are expected to develop test plans, perform Product Risk Analysis (PRA), and lead test efforts at different levels. They should also be capable of mentoring junior team members and coordinating testing activities across projects.

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

• ISTQB Foundation Certification
• ISTQB Agile Tester Foundation
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies
• Bachelors degree in IT related field
• 3-5 Years experience as Test Engineer
• Fluency in the Dutch (minimum B1 or B2)

• Test Management Tools: Jira, Azure DevOps, IBM Rational Team Concert, Quality Center
• Test Automation Tools: Selenium, Tosca, Appium, Cucumber, SpecFlow, Katalon, Postman
• CI/CD Tools: Jenkins, CircleCI, TravisCI, Azure DevOps
• Programming Languages: C#, Java, Python, JavaScript, SQL
• Cloud Platforms: Azure, Google Cloud, AWS

• Conduct Product Risk Analysis (PRA) and determine appropriate test strategies.

• Report and manage bugs, defects, and performance issues.
• Analyze test results and provide feedback on the quality of software releases.
• Create and maintain test environments and test data.
• Integrate automated tests into Continuous Integration/Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Work in Agile/Scrum and DevOps teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across departments.
• Provide advice on best practices for test strategy, test tools, and test automation frameworks.
• Document test cases, plans, and results clearly and comprehensively.
• Assist in the creation of test plans and documentation required for compliance or project standards.
• Continuously improve test processes through the adoption of new tools, techniques, and frameworks.
