We are looking for a motivated senior accountant for a 12-month fixed-term position covering for parental leave.

As a Senior Accountant you will be responsible for managing the accounts of our clients, ensuring that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled. You will also work closely with our Treasury, Business Control and Customer success teams. You will also be involved in preparation of annual reports (K3), IC reconciliations, Transfer Pricing and responsible for accounting of Brazilian entity together with an external party.
This is what you will do
Manage client accounts and ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions
Conduct monthly and quarterly financial reconciliations
Take ownership of ADRA matcher where we create the match of transactions related to Client transactions
Perform ordinary bookkeeping
Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve our accounting processes and procedures
Be a part of statutory audit processes
Prepare annual reports
This is what you’re good at
Experience in handling big volumes of transactions
Strong understanding of debit and credit
3+ years of experience in accounting
Strong understanding and practical experience with reconciliations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with complex financial data
Experience with annual reports (K3)
Experience with tax calculations and cashflow reports
Fluent in Swedish and English
Desired experience from Big 4
Desired experience with Netsuite
