Key Focus: Assist in the development of flight data applications incorporating weather, aircraft status, hazard information, notes, and logs for the U-2 platform. Impact: Your code directly enables rapid data-to-decision cycles, ensuring air superiority and mission success. Location: Can work remotely if not in the Warner Robbins, GA area of operation. Requirement: Must possess the ability to obtain a US Secret clearance. Your Mission Focus Designs, develops, tests, and deploys high-performance, scalable back-end services for the mission-critical U-2 SaaS platform, serving diverse clients including web browsers (Ops Desk), iPads (Ops Buddy), and large displays (Dragon Board).   Focus on Cloud Development: Build and maintain the core back-end using JavaScript/TypeScript and the Express framework, running in the NodeJS environment and deployed via Docker containers in the cloud. API Development: Define and manage service APIs using Swagger/Open API for consumption by all React and Apple iOS client applications. Data Management: Implement robust data storage and retrieval logic using Mongoose with MongoDB.
