A Nurse Preceptor maintains a modified patient caseload and travels to a patient’s home to administer home health services. A Preceptor will participate in co-visits with employees and assist primarily in the preceptorship of new employees. A Preceptor will also act as an educational mentor to established in-home field clinicians.
