OVERVIEW: We are a leading provider of full-service staffing and management programs for the K-12 educational market. We are currently seeking a Substitute Support Specialist to assist our team within Santa Fe Public Schools. The successful candidate will be responsible for helping fulfill substitute teacher assignments and conducting school visits on-site within the district. Occasional travel within the district. is required and paid by company.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Direct and control the fulfillment of substitute teacher and paraprofessional assignments.
• Conduct in-person site visits in Gallup McKinley County paid for by company. Occasional travel to Central Consolidated is also required and paid for by company.
• Serve as a liaison between school district administration and ESS staff, delivering excellent customer service and timely responses to emails, calls, and in-person inquiries.
• Other duties as assigned or as become evident.
