North Oxford Garage is looking for a Workshop Manager, reporting to our Service Manager this person should be an experienced automotive manager with a proven track record in a workshop of a minimum of 12 Technicians. You will be supported by a Workshop Controller to:

• Manage day to day workshop through puts.
• Liaise calmly with our service advisors.
• Remain positive and be able to communicate to all team members including senior management where problems arise and resolutions need to be found.
• Work closely with our EVHC specialist to ensure he has confidence to give best advise to our customers and take on any extra work that is sold on a daily basis.
• Ensure all work is carried out to BMW warranty standards.
• Ensure all workshop administration is to BMW standards.
• Carry out technicians’ reviews.
• Ensure the workshop complies with health and safety laws and regulations.

Skills Required
We are looking for a resilient well organised high energy workshop manager to head up our very busy workshop, this department is made up of 20 technicians with room to grow.
You need to be a competent leader who is able to work in a pressurised environment whilst maintaining professionalism and seeking resolutions to day-to-day challenges.
