Could you use your skills and compassion to make a lasting impact in a child’s education? Henry Bloom Noble Primary School is looking for a dedicated Senior Education Support Officer to work one-to-one with a pupil with complex needs, providing both curriculum and pastoral support. You’ll play an important role in helping them access learning, develop essential skills, and enjoy their time in school. Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO, you’ll support learning activities, assist with personal care, and help create an environment where every child can flourish.
This is a rewarding opportunity to use your skills, compassion, and initiative in a role where no two days are the same. From implementing Individual Education Plans and specialist programmes, to encouraging confidence and independence, you’ll be a valued part of our supportive school team. If you’re committed to inclusion and have the drive to help children overcome barriers to learning, we’d love to hear from you.
