Mission Yogurt is seeking a Shift Lead for TAPS located inside the John Wayne Airport!  The Shift Lead is responsible for overseeing daily operations by ensuring high-quality service and maintaining an excellent guest experience. This role supports the management team by supervising team members, upholding company standards, and maintaining a smooth and efficient workflow during shifts.
