Working hours: 37 hours per week, various shifts including earlies (5.30am) and lates (9.30pm) between Monday to Sunday
Salary: £25,640.28 per annum (£13.29 per hour) + excellent benefits

As the Team Leader you will work within the centre ensuring customer safety and high standards of service and customer care at all times. The role will involve supervision of specific activities dry-side and pool, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and the safe handling and set up of equipment.
You will manage the poolside team and also assist the duty manager in the completion of tasks where required.
You will help in facilitating a safe, fun, and professional working environment with excellent development opportunities and free gym membership.
Serco manages these facilities on a day-to-day basis on behalf of the Trust.
